Like the other reviewer, downloading the app was easy. Connecting to the WiFi was easy. However, the App could not connect to the camera. In its settings, turn on Local Network.
Other phones may have something similar. So, if you run into the app not finding your camera, look for that other setting. Good luck.
Once it is working, I recommend downloading any video to your phone, before trying to play it. The streaming takes longer to get the video ready to play, than it does to download, then play from the iPhone. Very short test video. Then, Power the camera on. Select USB Mode. This method, you can simply use it as a flash drive to get to your pics and videos. Not too bad.
And operating system on the device. Also the display screen on the camera itself really hurts my eyes almost makes you go cross eyed, not sure if my screen is broken or what.
