The software is deactivated on your computer, and you can now activate it on another computer. If you have trouble activating or deactivating File Viewer Plus, please contact technical support. If you purchased File Viewer Plus from the Microsoft Store, make sure you're logged in to the Microsoft Store account that you used to make the purchase.
