But, in my case just running it as administrator app didn't do the job. After trying out alot of things I figured out that after enabling it as administrator app you also have to download the app again from the official website and intentionally update it even though its the latest version.
It will replace all the resources and will leave the administration permission and the downloaded driver file intact. You just have to open it and select custom install and then start a clean installation.
It will hopefully work in my case it did. Thanks dude! Had the same problem, I ran the installation multiple times and it kept getting stuck. But eventually I used the custom installation instead of quick installation and that worked somehow.
